Karen Reddy

Karen Reddy is an experienced tax professional with a strong background in tax compliance and advisory services. Currently serving as Head of Tax and Development Finance and Head of Tax and Treasury at Anchor since December 2018, Karen previously held the position of Group Tax Manager at Anchor Trust from September 2016 to November 2018. With a foundational career at KPMG UK from September 2011 to August 2016, Karen progressed from Tax Assistant to Tax Assistant Manager in the Private Client Advisory department, specializing in managing compliance and advisory needs for a diverse client portfolio, as well as providing corporate tax services during a secondment. Earlier roles include Graduate Management Trainee at Scottish Water and Consultant positions at RPS Group and Farrer Consulting Ltd. Karen holds multiple qualifications, including Chartered Accountant and ICAS Tax Professional, and earned a legal education from The University of Edinburgh.
