Leanne Taylor

Leanne Taylor is an experienced professional in land and property development, currently serving as the Head of Land and Planning - South at Anchor since April 2021. Prior to this role, Leanne held various positions at Housing 21 from May 2013 to April 2021, including Senior Property Development Manager - South and Senior Development Accountant, where responsibilities included being a business partner for a £108 million capital development programme. Earlier experience includes serving as an Accountancy Officer at Walsall Council from August 2003 to May 2013. Leanne holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA).
