Nick Hodgskin

Nick Hodgskin is a seasoned professional in the housing sector, currently serving as the Head of Regeneration at Anchor since December 2019. With significant experience at Hanover Housing Association from March 2013 to July 2024, Nick held the position of Assistant Director of Housing Operations, overseeing a large team delivering housing and support services in East London. Previously, Nick worked as Operations Project Manager, leading various Housing Operations projects, including a new service model for retirement developments.
