Richard Stanway-Williams is an accomplished professional in the field of property development and project management, currently serving as the Head of Special Projects at Anchor since September 2023. Previously, Richard held the position of Senior Development Manager at Southern Housing, leading a flagship mixed tenure residential project in Shoreham by Sea. During a tenure at Quintain Limited, Richard managed the development of 900 apartments as part of Wembley Park's regeneration efforts. Richard's extensive experience includes leadership roles at various organizations, such as Home Group and Peabody Trust, as well as significant contributions as an Independent Board Member and Chair at Vale of Aylesbury Housing. Richard holds a BSc in Building Surveying from the University of Greenwich and a Diploma in Building Conservation from the College of Estate Management.
