Daniel Opdyke

Daniel Opdyke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water quality and resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Managing Engineer at Anchor QEA since January 2012, Daniel specializes in water quality modeling, chemical fate and transport modeling, and coastal restoration, among other responsibilities. Prior roles include Water Resources Scientist at the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, where Daniel focused on instream flow needs and water rights negotiations, and Senior Engineer at Anchor QEA, where skills in sediment modeling and TMDL development were honed. Daniel holds a Ph.D. and a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with an environmental concentration from Virginia Tech.
