Andrea Dougan

Andrea Dougan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Global People Experience Lead at Anchorage Digital since May 2021. Prior to this role, Andrea held the position of Human Resources Manager at Digital.ai from May 2020 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes roles at Arxan Technologies as an HR & Talent Specialist and Office Manager/Recruitment Coordinator from October 2017 to May 2020, and serving as Human Resources Manager and Coordinator at Holiday Inn-City Centre/Four Points by Sheraton from August 2014 to April 2017. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Oswego and an Associate’s Degree from Onondaga Community College.
