Kevin Kim is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, currently serving as Senior Counsel for Commercial & Privacy at Anchorage Digital since October 2023. Anchorage Digital is recognized as the first federally chartered crypto bank, providing institutions with a secure platform for digital asset participation. Previously, Kevin Kim held roles as DeputyGC Member at TechGC, Associate Counsel at Ocrolus, and Associate Attorney at Littleton Park Joyce Ughetta & Kelly LLP, specializing in corporate defense litigation. Kevin Kim began legal education at The University of British Columbia, earning a Bachelor of Arts, and later obtained a Doctor of Law from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
