Mark duBose

Mark duBose has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Mark is currently serving as the Chief Compliance & Risk Officer at Anchorage Digital, a regulated platform that provides institutions with secure participation in digital assets. Prior to this, Mark held the same role at Centre from 2021 to 2023. Previously, they served as the Chief Compliance Officer & Head of Risk at Circle from 2019 to 2021. Mark also worked as an Advisor at MassChallenge until 2021 and as a Management Consultant at GERSON LEHRMAN GROUP LIMITED until 2019. Before that, they held leadership positions at Santander Bank, N.A., Banco Santander, and Bank of America. Mark started their career as an Investment Banker at Mirador Advisors and Edgeview Partners.

Mark duBose earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Studies from Hampden-Sydney College. Mark later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Wake Forest University School of Business. Lastly, Mark completed their education at Wake Forest University School of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
