Liza Ng is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in accounting and management. Currently serving as Controller at Ancient since October 2022, Liza previously held significant roles including Director of Corporate Accounting and Controller at Vroom from 2018 to October 2022, and Global Controller at Undertone from 2014 to 2018. Liza's extensive expertise encompasses overseeing financial accounting functions, managing audit processes, preparing financial statements under US GAAP, and driving automation initiatives. Earlier in Liza's career, significant accomplishments were achieved as Managing Director at The Blackstone Group, where Liza established the financial reporting team and ensured compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Liza began their career as a Senior Auditor at Eisner LLP after earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Binghamton University School of Management.
