Elizabeth Scarlata

Elizabeth Scarlata has a wide range of work experience in marketing and customer retention. Elizabeth is currently the Director of Customer Retention at Ancient Nutrition since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Manager of CRM at Ancient Nutrition from February 2020 to April 2021.

Before joining Ancient Nutrition, Elizabeth was the CRM Marketing Manager at Swanson Health from January 2018 to January 2020. In this role, they led a team responsible for generating a significant portion of the company's revenue through various strategies such as promotional structure optimization and email marketing.

From November 2015 to December 2017, Elizabeth worked as the Senior Manager for Email & E-commerce at Zoro US. Elizabeth led a team in delivering direct marketing communications to enhance customer retention and loyalty. Prior to that, they were a Marketing Manager at Zoro US from December 2011 to November 2015, where they developed and managed promotional marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, website, and social media.

Elizabeth's earlier experience includes working as an Associate Marketing Communications Manager at TOMY International from June 2010 to December 2011, and as a Marketing Intern at Sears Centre Arena from May 2009 to August 2009.

Elizabeth Scarlata attended Augustana College from 2006 to 2010, where they studied Business Administration, Marketing and Management, as well as Psychology. Elizabeth did not obtain a specific degree during their time at Augustana College. In April 2021, they obtained the certification of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
