Ethan Boldt

Ethan Boldt has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 1994, they worked as a Copy Editor for Los Angeles Magazine, where they fact-checked articles and copy edited features and departments. In 1995, they joined Weider Publications as a Managing Editor, responsible for managing a team and overseeing the production of Prime Health & Fitness magazine. Moving on, Boldt became the Editor-in-Chief of Inside Direct Mail in 2007, covering topics related to direct mail and exploring best practices in the industry.

In 2011, they joined North American Publishing Company as the Chief Content Officer of Direct Marketing IQ, where they transformed a struggling magazine into a profitable publishing division through online marketing, live events, direct mail creation, and product development. Boldt then served as the Executive Director of Direct Books at Rodale Inc. in 2013, leading the development, acquisition, and promotion of books and DVDs to a large audience.

From 1998 to 2015, Boldt worked at E+B2 Productions as a Content Director/Producer, creating and producing content for various industries, including health, fitness, nutrition, and magazine publishing. During this time, they contributed articles to national magazines such as Self, Men's Health, and Alternative Medicine.

Boldt's most recent experience is as the Vice President of Content at Ancient Nutrition & Dr. Axe, a position they have held since 2018. Ethan played a key role in the rebranding of the Dr. Axe brand to Ancient Nutrition and oversaw content strategy for the company's website.

Throughout their career, Ethan Boldt has demonstrated their expertise in content creation, editorial management, and brand development, contributing to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked with.

Ethan Boldt attended Saint Stephen's Episcopal School from 1988 to 1989. Ethan then went on to attend Trinity University from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
