Parnika Raskar

Parnika Raskar is an experienced User Experience professional, currently serving as a User Experience Lead at Ancile Inc since January 2024, where Parnika has led the redesign of key features for the Producktive platform, significantly improving project tracking and collaboration while promoting a user-centered design culture. Prior to this role, Parnika was a Senior Product Designer at Alaska Airlines, contributing to the design of the AirtrAK application through comprehensive user research and collaboration in an agile environment. Earlier experience includes positions as a User Experience Designer at Design Everest, Infini Systems, and a Web/UI Designer at iThink Infotech Pvt Ltd, demonstrating a strong foundation in user research, design deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration. Parnika holds a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Sandip University.
