Chandra Mullineaux

As uPerform’s Director of Global Customer Operations and Services, Chandra is responsible for various systems used by the team and customers, including the uPerform Intelligence Hub and ticketing system. She also manages the product fulfillment and professional services operations.

Throughout Chandra’s 21-year tenure at uPerform, she has held a multitude of roles spanning customer support, service, and success. She holds a bachelor’s degree in History and Anthropology from the University of Michigan.
