Daena Schuh

Daena Schuh is currently the Lab Manager and Associate Scientist at Ancilia Biosciences, where Daena leads the laboratory operations focused on bacteriophage research, bacterial culturing, and microbiome engineering. Daena also oversees a team of scientists and manages the financial aspects of the lab. Previously, Daena worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Furst Lab, where Daena published a review article on electrochemical detection methods and fabricated an aptamer-based sensor. Daena also has experience as a Cell Therapy Intern at Bristol Myers Squibb and a Business Management Intern at Conduit. Daena has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
