Justin Hardin

Justin Hardin is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Vice President of Business Systems at Ancon Services since July 2019. Previously, Justin held positions including Process Engineer and Industrial Engineer Intern at Intuitive Surgical, where time-studies and capacity analyses were conducted to enhance production efficiency. Justin's experience also includes being a Business Excellence Engineer at Johnson & Johnson, leading initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings, and serving as an Undergraduate Ambassador at UC Davis Graduate School of Management, promoting engagement in Institute programs. As President of the Sigma Chi Fraternity at UC Davis, Justin achieved record fundraising for charity. A background in research at the Molecular Prototyping Bioinnovation Lab complements an academic foundation in Biomedical Engineering and Technology Management from the University of California, Davis.
