Irina Avdonina graduated from Russian State University for the Humanities with a degree in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics. Earned additional education in Pyatigorsk State University with a degree in Psychology of English as a language.
In 2008 Irina started her job in ANCOR as a Deputy Director of “ANCOR Banks and financial services” where she was responsible for active development of outsourcing services.
In 2020, she became a Director of ANCOR RightForce, business unit focused on Project recruitment, RPO and MSP services.
