Natalia Shcherbakova graduated with honors from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia with a degree in Philology. Has a Master of Business Management degree in Marketing and Foreign-Economic Activity from Russian Foreign Trade Academy, Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation. Before joining ANCOR, Natalia headed Key Account Management Department for over 10 years in international staffing company.

On repeated occasions Natalia was ranked in the “Top 1000 Russian Managers” according to Kommersant Publishing House and The Association of Managers of Russia (AMR).
