Olga Parfyonova

Olga Parfyonova graduated from Siberian State Technological University branch with a degree in Economist Manager of Forestry.

In 2007 Olga joined ANCOR as a Head of ANCOR Outsourcing in Novosibirsk.

In 2010, she was promoted as a Head of Siberia and Far East microregion of ANCOR Outsourcing. In that position Olga was responsible for business development and strengthening of company’s positions, as well as instrumental in financial and operational results in that territory.

In 2016 with ANCOR Industry business unit, Olga assumed a position of a Head of Outsourcing Department in Moscow headquarters.

Since 2020, she has been heading Heliosoft IT company, which is a part of ANCOR International Staffing Group.
