John Lecker

John Lecker is a seasoned professional in development and project management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Development at Ancora since August 2023. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at Brookfield Properties, where John was involved in the acquisition of Forest City, and an extensive tenure at Forest City that featured oversight of the The Yards, a major mixed-use project. John also held significant positions at Jacobs, contributing to prestigious projects such as the Janelia Research Campus, and served as Technology Program Manager for the DC Government's OCTO, managing the development of a critical public safety communications center. Education includes a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering in Construction Management from Penn State University.
