Louisa Howell

Louisa Howell has an extensive work experience in the field of IT. Louisa began their career in 2003 as an Information Systems & Services Technician at The British School of Brussels. In this role, they provided support for hardware, software, and internet services.

In 2005, Louisa joined Optism as a Novell Engineer. Their responsibilities included visiting client sites to carry out project work and providing 1st/2nd line support to clients. Louisa also collaborated with clients and the sales team to develop appropriate solutions.

From 2006 to 2009, Louisa worked at Global Radio as an IT Systems Team Leader. In this role, they managed the 3rd Line Team, handled escalations, and had administrative duties. Louisa was responsible for the management of Novell Netware 6.

In 2009, Louisa joined Ancoris as a Technical Support Specialist, providing support for various cloud services. Louisa later took on the role of Support Team Lead / IT Manager, where they provided reseller/vendor support and managed internal staff and systems.

Since 2012, Louisa has held various roles at Ancoris. Louisa has served as the Customer Services Manager / IT Manager, overseeing post-deployment customer services and managing the delivery of IT to Ancoris staff. Louisa has also been involved in technical projects, such as migrating from Dynamics CRM to Salesforce Sales Cloud & CPQ.

Currently, Louisa is the Head of Corporate IT at Ancoris, where they continue to contribute their expertise in managing IT infrastructure and implementing new technologies to support the company's cloud services.

Louisa Howell graduated from Kingston University in 2005 with a BSc(Hons) degree in Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following:

- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist Certification from Salesforce in July 2020.

- Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in June 2020.

- CPO200: Google Cloud Platform for Systems Operations Professionals from ROI Training in October 2015.
