Seán McAndrew

Seán McAndrew has extensive work experience in a variety of roles and industries. Seán has most recently worked at Ancoris since 2019, starting as the Head of Customer Success and transitioning to the role of Head of Digital Workplace in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Tarmac as a Project Lead from 2018 to 2019. From 2009 to 2019, they were the Founder and Principal Consultant at Thirsty Eye Limited. Seán also worked at BMI Group (Roofing & Waterproofing) as a Project Manager for Google G Suite from 2017 to 2018, and at Tarmac as a Digital Transformation Programme Manager from 2015 to 2017. Before that, they held consultant roles at SPIE UK, Value Retail, and White Stratus. In 2010, they worked at Jaguar Land Rover as a Google Programme Manager and Lead Cloud Computing Consultant. Seán also worked at Appsbroker Consulting Ltd as a Senior Google Cloud Consultant from 2010 to 2011.

Seán McAndrew attended The University of Sheffield from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng Hons) in Civil & Structural Engineering.

Following that, Seán McAndrew pursued an MSc (Eng) in Construction Management at the University of Birmingham from 1996 to 1997.

Finally, they enrolled at Loughborough University from 2000 to 2009, where they completed a Doctor of Engineering (EngD) degree in Advanced Information and Communications Technologies.

In addition to their formal education, Seán McAndrew has obtained two certifications: Introduction to Generative AI from Google Cloud Skills Boost for Partners in May 2023 and Cloud Digital Leader from Google Cloud in December 2022.
