June Hurley

June Hurley has over 30 years of work experience in a variety of roles, primarily in human resources and operations management. June currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Ancra Cargo, where they have been since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Regional Manager, Human Resources at Ancra Cargo from February 2023 to June 2023. From December 2019 to February 2023, they worked as Manager, Human Resources at Ancra Cargo. Before joining Ancra Cargo, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Anderson Manufacturing from June 2015 to December 2019. Their responsibilities included organizational design, employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, policy development, and payroll processing. June also worked as an Operations Manager at CBRE from October 2007 to May 2015, and as the Director of Operations and Development at the Women's Crisis Center from February 2005 to October 2007. Prior to that, they served as an Editorial Manager at LexisNexis from February 2000 to February 2005. June began their career as a Staff Attorney at Children's Law Center Inc. from 1999 to 2000, and as an Administrator at Procter & Gamble from 1992 to 1999.

June Hurley completed their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations at Northern Kentucky University from 1992 to 1995. June then pursued further education at Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where they obtained their JD (Juris Doctor) degree from 1995 to 1999. Recently, in 2022, June enrolled at Northern Kentucky University once again to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Leadership and Human Resource Management, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
