Mark Westrich has a diverse work experience in the supply chain and operations field. Mark has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

Starting in 1996, Mark worked as a Manufacturing Engineer and Production Supervisor at Cooper Industries, Hand Tool Division, where they implemented lean manufacturing practices and improved product lead time.

In 1997, Mark joined Cooper Crouse-Hinds as a Manufacturing Engineer and Production Supervisor, focusing on continuous improvement and increasing productivity in assembly and distribution departments.

In 2000, Mark transitioned to Hill-Rom as a Manufacturing Engineer, later moving on to become a Distribution Engineer and NPI Project Manager. Throughout these roles, they led projects to improve material handling, safety, and productivity, and also contributed to new product development and supply chain design.

Since 2014, Mark has been working at Ancra Cargo, where they started as the Director of Purchasing and Planning before being promoted to Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations.
