Shant Z.

Shant Z. is an experienced Configuration Management professional with a strong background in the aerospace and IT industries. Currently serving as Sr. Configuration Manager at Ancra International - Aircraft Division since June 2022, Shant Z. leads Configuration Management efforts for the Airbus A350 factory freighter contract. Previous experience includes roles as Configuration Management Engineer at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where Shant Z. successfully reduced administrative time significantly during the COVID-19 pandemic, and as Configuration Manager at Ancra International from 2011 to 2020, focusing on data integrity and quality management. Additional roles span IT solutions, process improvement, and industrial chemistry, underpinned by a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Technology - Iraq and multiple diplomas in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Software Quality Assurance, and Configuration Management.
