Guillermo Contreras

Guillermo Contreras has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Guillermo started their career in 2010 as a Facility Manager at Client Management Services and later worked as a Teacher at Harmon Hall from 2011 to 2012. Guillermo then gained experience in quality control as a Quality Supervisor at arvato systems from 2012 to 2013. Guillermo further expanded their skills in customer service as a Help Desk Sr QA Analyst at ACS from 2013 to 2014. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Service Desk Manager at Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S where they managed desk activities and acted as an escalation point.

In 2015, Guillermo joined MIG & Co. as a Support Manager before taking on the role of Business Owner at Coffee Break MTY in 2016. In 2017, they co-founded Con-Cam Designs and served as a Co-Owner. Guillermo also joined AND Agency as an Operations Manager the same year and became a Facilities Manager in 2018, holding these positions until 2023. Currently, Guillermo is serving as the General Services Manager at MOSS TECHNOLOGY S.A. DE C.V., a position they have held since February 2023.

Throughout their career, Guillermo has gained experience in management, customer service, quality control, and entrepreneurship.

Guillermo Contreras attended Gadsden High School from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in General Studies. Following their high school education, they enrolled at El Paso Technical School from 1993 to 1995, focusing on Refrigeration.
