Naomi Bianca Fitzpatrick

Naomi Bianca Fitzpatrick has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in product management and development. Naomi Bianca currently holds the position of Head of Product at &Open since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Typeform.com as the Group Product Manager (Head of Product) from April 2020 to December 2022. At Typeform.com, they led core product teams, coached and empowered product managers, and solved problems for customers and end-users.

From 2018 to 2020, Naomi served as a Senior Product Manager at Intercom, where they led customer support use case teams and was responsible for driving product strategy and establishing the vision for handling support conversations in the future. Before that, they were the Global Product Development Manager at Herrmann International from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they managed product and UX functions, collaborated with the CEO on business model pivoting, and focused on new product launches for coaches and end-users.

Naomi also has experience as a Platform Product Manager at Reevoo from 2015 to 2016, where they expanded the suite of products and integrations and focused on improving the content recommendation process. Naomi Bianca served as a Product Manager at SwiftKey from 2013 to 2015, where they defined and owned the core product on iOS and used experimentation frameworks to increase the user base.

Additionally, they worked as a Product Owner in the Innovation Team at Isobar from 2012 to 2013, where they focused on UX and product strategy for product development within the agency and provided thought leadership through workshops and consultation. Prior to that, they were a Digital Account Manager at McCann Erickson from 2011 to 2012, where they guided development with UX thinking and managed product development, conducting user research and testing.

Naomi started their career as a Technical Account Executive at Edo.co from 2009 to 2011, managing product development and collecting user and client feedback. Before that, they worked as a Software Development Engineer in various roles from 2005 to 2009, developing custom CMS and LMS systems and focusing on ease-of-use for end users.

Naomi Bianca Fitzpatrick completed their education history with two notable achievements. In 2006-2009, they attended the University of the West of England and obtained a degree in Computer Science and Drama. Later in 2020, they attended Reforge and completed a program in Product Strategy. Additionally, in January 2015, Naomi received a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance.
