Aya Sameh

Aya Sameh currently serves as the Talent Development Head at Andalusia Group for Medical Services since February 2021, following a series of progressive roles in talent development, including Team Leader at Venture International Company and Senior Talent Management Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as an Organizational Development Specialist and Stock Control Specialist. From August 2019 to January 2021, Aya worked as a Mathematics Teacher at Pioneers International Schools. Aya holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and attended NLS Language School from 2002 to 2015, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
