Shaimaa Medhat

Shaimaa Medhat is an accomplished professional in the healthcare sector with extensive experience in customer relationship management and patient services. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Relationship Management at Nasaaem Hospital since December 2021, Shaimaa has also held roles at Andalusia Group for Medical Services as Front Office Manager and at Andalusia Hospital as Patient Experience Audite Manager since October 2019 and October 2016, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Service Supervisor at As-Salam International Hospital and Senior Customer Service at Andalusia Hospital.
