Kapil is the Founder of the Company. He is with Xilinx as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Core Market. He has over 20 years of experience in semiconductors and programmable logic. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of SiliconBlue Technologies, Inc., an FPGA company. He has a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, NY.
