Diego Ospina

Diego Ospina has extensive experience in innovative project development aimed at promoting balance for individuals and organizations, currently serving in R&D at Andares since February 2003. As a founder and partner of Mejor en Bici, established in June 2008, Diego advocates for the use of bicycles as a regular transport option in Bogotá, providing consultancy to organizations on bicycle adoption for employees. Additionally, Diego is a founder and board member of GRUPO GIRA, which specializes in educational processes, active since March 2003. Diego's leadership experience further includes a role on the management team of BACC from November 2010 to June 2011, focused on bicycle promotion in Catalonia. Educational credentials include a marketing degree from Politécnico Grancolombiano and ongoing studies in Executive Leadership and Strategic Management at Universidad de Los Andes, alongside completing a Strategic Leadership program there in late 2017.
