Sofi Ustayan

Sofi Ustayan has a diverse work experience in the fields of digital marketing, tourism, and hospitality. Sofi is currently working as an SEO Project Manager/Team Lead at Andava Digital Marketing Agency since September 2021. Prior to this, they were an SEO Specialist at the same company from January 2021 to September 2021. Sofi also has a significant tenure at Atlantis Tour, where they served as the Head of Tourism Department from July 2013 to February 2021. Sofi also held the position of Manager at BEST WESTERN BOHEMIAN RESORT during the same period. Additionally, Sofi has worked as the Vice President of the Armenian Minifootball Federation from May 2014 to May 2015. Sofi also gained experience as a Reservation Manager at Armenian Hospitality Holding (AHH) from April 2012 to July 2013 and as a Reservations Manager from May 2011 to November 2011. Earlier in their career, Sofi worked as an Incoming Tour Manager at "Beau Monde" Travel from November 2010 to May 2011 and underwent preparation for Tourism Management at Planet Viaggi Responsabili in January 2009.

Sofi Ustayan has a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from the Yerevan State Linguistic University after Brusov, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Sofi also has a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Brusov, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained various certifications including Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Essential Training from LinkedIn in 2022 and Google Ads Display Certification from Google in 2021. Sofi has also completed several exams in areas such as backlink management, keyword research, mobile SEO, and SEO fundamentals, which were provided by Semrush in 2021. Sofi has further expanded their knowledge through an Introduction to Psychology course from Yale University in 2020 and PUM expert training in Hospitality and Service from PUM Netherlands senior experts in 2019.
