Anna Palacios-Leblanc

Anna Palacios-LeBlanc has a diverse work experience starting from the year 2000. Anna worked as a Sr. Executive Compensation Consultant at SBC, providing consultation on compensation and benefits to executive clients. Anna then moved to Tesoro, where they held various roles including Director of HR Business Partner and Director of Compensation. In these roles, they oversaw HR teams, collaborated with executives on M&A activities and business strategies, and provided leadership in employee compensation programs. Since 2016, Anna has been working at Andeavor (now Marathon Petroleum Corporation) as a Sr. Director of Marketing HR Business Partner. Here, they align employees and organizational strategies, manages a team, and ensures confidentiality while working on various business objectives.

Anna Palacios-LeBlanc obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology/HR from the University of the Incarnate Word in 2004. Anna further pursued their education and earned a Masters Degree in the same field from the same university between 2002 and 2004.
