Carmen Recio Guarner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue operations and business strategy. Currently serving as the Senior Revenue Operations Manager at Andela since July 2022, Carmen has been instrumental in leading annual planning processes and defining strategic priorities for the revenue leadership team.
