Suraj Radhakrishnan

Suraj Radhakrishnan is a seasoned professional in revenue operations and analytics with extensive experience in performance metrics, operational planning, and process automation. Currently serving as Manager of Revenue Operations at Freshworks since February 2021, Suraj has a proven track record in managing churn forecasting, budgeting, and implementing strategic initiatives within customer success and support organizations. Prior to Freshworks, Suraj held leadership roles at Hertz, focusing on revenue performance assessments and automation of reporting processes, as well as positions in revenue management and engineering at Vantage Deluxe World Travel and National Oilwell Varco. Suraj holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Analytics from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.
