Joara Queiroz is the Director of Service Delivery at Andela, an innovative global talent marketplace connecting companies with skilled remote technologists. Joara has a background in operations, customer experience, and technical delivery, having worked at companies such as QuintoAndar, MercadoLibre pr, Uber, LATAM Airlines, and Banco do Brasil. Joara is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Project Management at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, building on a solid foundation in Language & Literature from Universidade Cidade de São Paulo.
