Joe Korchemniy

Joe Korchemniy is a skilled construction professional with extensive experience in project engineering. Currently serving as Project Engineer III and Assistant Project Manager at Andersen Construction since February 2020, Joe has previously held roles including Project Engineer II and Field Engineer at Mortenson from July 2018 to February 2020, where responsibilities included managing modular unit inspections and subcontractor cost issues for a downtown Seattle hotel project. Prior experience also includes serving as a Project Engineering Intern at Deacon Construction, LLC, where Joe managed subcontractor communications and contributed to project estimations and scheduling. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington, earned in 2018.
