Jim Joedecke

Jim Joedecke is an accomplished attorney and equity partner at Andersen, Tate & Carr, where Jim has been a senior litigator since June 1998. In addition to their role at Andersen, Tate & Carr, Jim serves as a registered mediator and arbitrator at the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution since February 2022. Jim is also actively involved in local governance as the Town Council Member and Mayor Pro Tem for the Town of Braselton, a position held from January 2020 to January 2024. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Emory University and a Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law.
