Jenny Hua

Jenny Hua is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Attorney Partner at Ontra, formerly known as InCloudCounsel, since March 2016. In this role, Jenny Hua contributes to the delivery of technology-enabled solutions for corporate legal document processing, leveraging a combination of skilled lawyers and AI-enhanced software. Prior to this, Jenny Hua worked as General Counsel at Solid Commerce, overseeing legal matters for an eCommerce SaaS platform, and held the position of General Counsel & Director of Business Development at Harbor Compounding. Jenny Hua began her career at Clifford Chance LLP as an attorney in the Corporate Group. Educationally, Jenny Hua earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
