Peter Degregori

Peter DeGregori has extensive work experience in the field of tax, business, and financial accounting. PETER began their career as a Tax Staff at DeGregori, Gormsen, Ringer, LLP in 1992 and worked there until 1996. PETER then joined Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Tax Manager, specializing in federal income tax and working on various projects across different industries. In 1999, they joined myCFO as a Principal in the Strategic Tax Consulting Group. After that, they worked as a Senior Tax Manager at Grant Thornton, specializing in the mortgage lending industry, manufacturing, technology, e-commerce, and finance. In 2003, they became a Partner at DKAdvisors before leaving to create their own firm, Vertical Advisors LLP, where they served as a CPA & Partner. In 2018, they became the CEO of Vault 8 Advisors, Inc., a CPA firm focused on serving the State Legal Cannabis Industry. Currently, they are the Managing Director at Andersen, supporting successful business owners with business and tax strategies.

Peter DeGregori received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics in 1992. PETER also obtained a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 2000. Additionally, Peter DeGregori holds certifications as an Accident, Health & Life Insurance Agent from the California Insurance Commissioner and as a Certified Public Accountant from the California State Board of Accountancy.
