Denise Vlatkovich

Denise Vlatkovich serves as the Talent Organization Development Manager at Andersen Corporation, where responsibilities include developing and supporting talent across five manufacturing plants, emphasizing culture, people, and lean systems for business growth. Prior experience also includes operational training development at Cliffs Natural Resources and customized training coordination at Hibbing Community College, where Denise connected community initiatives with education. Denise holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Operations & Communications from the University of St. Thomas, a Vocational Education License from Bemidji State University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University.
