Sandy Cervantes

Sandy Cervantes is an experienced professional in talent and organization development, currently holding the position of Talent & Organization Development Manager for the Global R&D Division at FORVIA since November 2021. Prior to this role, Sandy served as Deputy Manager of Human Resources and HR Business Partner at Faurecia from August 2018 to November 2021, where comprehensive knowledge of HR processes was acquired through rotations in various divisions. Previous experience also includes working as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Schneider Electric, a Sales Consultant at Volkswagen de México, and a Quality Assurance Consultant at Hospital Ángeles del Pedregal. Sandy holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de las Américas Puebla, earned in May 2019.
