Catherine Barker

Catherine Barker currently serves as the Lead People & Culture Business Partner at AAB since November 2022. Previously, Catherine held the position of Human Resources Manager at Glasscraft from February 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included spearheading HR strategy and standardizing company-wide processes. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at RBC Wealth Management from September 2017 to February 2021 and managing operations as Ski Chalet Manager at Knockshannoch Ski Lodge in mid-2016. Additionally, Catherine worked as a Ski Chalet Host for VIP SKI from November 2015 to May 2016. Catherine holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management with CIPD Level 7 from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Physical Education and Sports Coaching from York St. John University, complemented by CIPD Qualifications at Chartered Level 7.
