Matthew Pearson

Matthew Pearson is an Audit Assistant at AAB, currently pursuing a Level 7 Apprenticeship and studying for the ICAEW ACA qualification. Previously, Matthew served as the Development Campaigns Coordinator for Opera North, where efforts included mass fundraising and managing membership schemes. As a Graduate Intern at Durham University, responsibilities involved supporting student music ensembles and managing concert programs. Matthew has experience as an Organ Scholar at St John’s College and served as Operations Manager for the Chapel Choir, enhancing recruitment and performance opportunities. Additionally, time as an English Language Assistant with the British Council involved teaching students in France. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and French from Durham University and A Levels in multiple subjects from Salesian College Farnborough.
