Gretchen Gailey Seger

Gretchen Gailey Seger, CPA, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting, advisory, and management roles. Currently serving as Controller at Anderson Coach and Travel since February 2025, Gretchen previously held the position of Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at Redpath and Company from October 2023 to January 2025. Prior to that, Gretchen worked at Deloitte as a Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Manager from May 2022 to May 2023 and spent nearly eight years at EY as an Assurance Manager. Early career experiences include roles as Head Lifeguard at Seven Oaks Country Club and Swim Instructor at Beaver Community Swim Club. Gretchen holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Applied Mathematics from Robert Morris University, earned between 2009 and 2014.
