Muthu Kumaran

Muthu Kumaran, Ph.D., is a clinical bioinformatics professional with extensive experience in exome analysis concerning cancer, neurodisorders, carrier screening, and RNA sequencing at Anderson Diagnostics and Labs since August 2019. Prior to this role, Muthu served as a Senior Research Fellow at SANKARA NETHRALAYA MEDICAL RESEARCH FOUNDATION in Chennai from September 2009 to July 2019, focusing on molecular modeling, docking, dynamics, protein-protein interaction analysis, peptide synthesis, and various biological assays. Muthu earned an M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from the University of Madras from 2007 to 2009.
