Carel Maasland

Carel Maasland is a seasoned HR executive with extensive international experience and a strong focus on talent development, strategy implementation, and performance improvement. Currently serving as Co-founder and Managing Partner at Time To Grow Global in Dubai, Carel also holds the position of Global Strategic HR Advisor at Anderson Global, supporting corporate growth strategies. In addition, Carel contributes to the academic community as a member of the Academic Advisory Council at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at Alchemy Global Solutions, Global Talent Advisor at Entersekt, and founder of C-Force Consultancy.
