Yogeeta Shiwdin

Yogeeta Shiwdin is a seasoned paralegal with extensive experience in litigation and estate management. Currently serving as a Litigation Paralegal at Slater Slater Schulman LLP since December 2022, Yogeeta focuses on evaluating and verifying clients' qualifications for the Camp Lejeune PACT Act of 2022, alongside filing necessary legal documents. As an Estate Paralegal at Anderson Kill since July 2021, Yogeeta assists in establishing estates for 9/11 victims and manages case information. Yogeeta's long tenure at Weitz & Luxenberg, P.C. since May 2006 includes managing a caseload of approximately 800 clients and drafting probate and administration petitions. Prior roles in administrative support included positions at Mitani USA, ERA Five Star Realty, Omega Apparel Ltd., and Admor Appraisal INC. Yogeeta holds a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College (CUNY).
