Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Anderson Manufacturing since October 2022, Lisa has previously held HR leadership roles at Industrial Sorting Services, CR Brands, and oneCARE. Lisa's early career includes positions as a Corporate Human Resources Generalist at FirstGroup America and HR Assistant roles at Browne Macke College and Johnson Controls Automotive. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Thomas More University and extensive experience in HR operations, Lisa has developed strong skills in policy development and employee management throughout various industries.
