Keisha is the Chief People Officer. Her responsibilities include the development and implementing human resources-related processes, practices, and programs, as well as overseeing Anderson’s talent acquisition and shared services departments that include benefits and corporate training. Keisha's focus is on partnering with the organization to manage and maximize the potential of people.
Prior to assuming her current role, Keisha held several leadership positions with Anderson Merchandisers, including Senior Vice President of In-Store Operations. Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, and Corporate HR Manager.
Before joining Anderson Merchandisers, Keisha held key leadership roles with Bank of America, Herring Bank, and Infonxx.
Keisha holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from the University of Scranton and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She and her husband Larry have two children, Larry IV, and Kennedy.
