Alfredo Cabrera

Alfredo Cabrera has over 8 years of work experience in Human Resources and related fields. Alfredo began their career in 2013 as a Service Manager at Bridgestone, where they managed customer service and administrative tasks. In 2015, they became a Human Resources Assistant at Uphams Corner Health Center, where they were responsible for tracking employee credentials and screening resumes. In 2017, they joined Five Star Senior Living as a Human Resources Generalist, where they were responsible for coordinating and processing all new hire paperwork. In 2018, they moved to The Fenway Group as a Human Resources Manager, where they worked with owners to define and develop company policies. In 2020, they joined O'Reilly Auto Parts as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they designed and developed effective HR solutions. In 2021, they began working at Infosys as a Lead Human Resources Business Partner for the Central Division and North East Region, where they drove processes and was the liaison between Management and HR. Currently, they are a Senior Human Resources Manager at Anderson Power.

Alfredo Cabrera obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Newbury College between 2010 and 2014. Additionally, they hold a certification in Critical Thinking for More Effective Communication from LinkedIn, which they obtained in December 2022.
